Your fishing stuff lives in the car.
You're one of us.
Izak is a fishing companion, built for every part of it. The water, the weather, the gear, the stories, the next trip already forming in your head. A way of staying in it, even when you can't be on it.
For those who feel the pull.
What Izak is
The app for the fishing obsessed.
On the water. Off the water.
Your expert fishing companion: logbook, tackle bag, waters and an all-knowing guide, in one place.
Why Izak.
In 1653, Izaak Walton wrote The Compleat Angler and framed fishing as a way of being, not just a way of eating. We took his name and his ambition: Izak is the 21st-century edition, a companion for the whole of angling life, not one corner of it.
Founded on the bank
Built by a life-long angler who got tired of great fishing knowledge living in fifty tabs, three group chats and one damp notebook.
Depth you can cast to
Cutting-edge AI over a curated reference of tackle, species and technique: category-leading breadth, honest about what it doesn't know.
A silent giant
Fishing is one of the biggest participation sports there is, and its software has never matched its obsession. That's the gap.
For your business
Izak is where fishing businesses work, too.
Creators, publishers and guides run their business on Izak in one account, with one login. Switch on what you do.
Creators and Content
Your fishing, found by the anglers who want it.
Connect YouTube, your podcast feed or your blog. Your content plays in the Izak app, anglers find you through what they fish for, and you keep everything you already earn. Your rates in writing, no exclusivity, and you can't pay to rank.
Invite-only during beta. The Founding 50 are invited personally; anyone can request an invite.

Get booked by anglers who already know what they want to learn.
Paste a link to your website and Izak drafts your listing: waters, trips, prices, what's included. Anglers request a day, you accept, decline or offer another date. Free to list, no paid tiers, and during beta anglers pay you directly.
Charters and fisheries come next, with the same login.
